The Opportunity
As a Strategy& - Operations Strategy Consultant, Senior Manager, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching others to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story will be crucial. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic planning and execution of operations strategy initiatives to optimize business performance
- Analyzing market trends and business data to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic recommendations
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic guidance to help clients achieve their goals
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within operations
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain
- Leveraging influence to drive strategic initiatives and project success
- Demonstrating advanced skills in operational performance management (OPM)
- Applying systems thinking to identify and solve complex problems
- Excelling in AI-human collaboration and digital tooling for innovative solutions
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback for continuous improvement
- Leading teams through ambiguity with composure and strategic questioning
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
