What It’s Like
The marketing and events team plays a pivotal role in T-Mobile’s success by orchestrating a variety of critical initiatives crafted to elevate the brand and drive revenue. Through comprehensive marketing campaigns, the team crafts compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, maximising a blend of traditional and digital media to improve reach and impact. Their marketing strategy is meticulously planned, ensuring that every campaign aligns with overarching business goals and market trends. A key component of their role involves prioritizing and implementing events that not only showcase T-Mobile’s latest offerings but also foster meaningful connections with consumers, industry partners, and media. These events range from product launches and trade shows to community engagements and experiential marketing activations, each crafted to create buzz and build brand dedication. To support sales, the team develops targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions. By applying data-driven insights and customer segmentation, they tailor their messaging and promotions to specific audiences, improving the efficiency of their efforts. This targeted approach ensures that sales teams are equipped with qualified leads and the vital marketing collateral to close deals and achieve their targets.
What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll collaborate with design agencies and content teams to create impactful marketing materials, including flyers, event pages, and social media graphics. You’ll work cross-functionally, partnering with internal departments, event logistics, marketing operations, and leadership to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. This internship offers a hands-on experience in managing and coordinating with diverse teams to bring creative projects to life.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events (conferences, webinars, product launches, trade shows, etc.).

  • Support event logistics including venue coordination, seller communication, targeting, and scheduling.

  • Help create and execute marketing campaigns to promote events via email, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Monitor and manage event registration, attendee engagement, and follow-up communications. • Track event performance metrics and assist in generating post-event reports to analyze success and areas of improvement.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative event ideas and strategies.

  • Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed.

  • Research and identify new trends in event marketing and assist with innovative ways to enhance audience engagement

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
