This role focuses on operational oversight and requires a professional capable of providing work leadership across multiple international sites.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship & Escalation Management: Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve high-priority escalations.
- Forecast & Supply Continuity: Align customer demand forecasts with site production; monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and mitigate shortages.
- Operational Support & Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Operations teams to ensure program alignment across production sites.
- Capacity & Pricing Optimization: Work with Business Project Management (BPM) teams to manage site capacity and pricing strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data-driven reports for business reviews and executive decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment. A mechanical background is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Required proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software (Excel) for data modeling and reporting.
- Leadership: While this role has no direct supervisory responsibility (no direct reports), it requires providing direct work leadership and coordination feedback to multiple production sites across the globe.
