As a Supply Chain Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic success of our supply chain initiatives. Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will lead the production planning implementation of S4 HANA in the Process Technologies business. By coordinating with the regional planning leads you will deliver, report and ensure adherence to the production planning S4 implementation plan.

You will report directly to our Director of Materials Management and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and lead the S4 implementation plan for the production planning scope in Process Technologies including gap identification and closure, UAT, process mapping, cutover readiness, training, adoption, and change management.
  • Coordinate activities and plan alignment across functions, regions and business groups. Focused on business facing and functional leadership and users.
  • Report out progress v plan, risks, and mitigation plans to keep the schedule on track.
  • Coordinate S4 system issue resolution with the IT support team.
  • Coordinate with the analytics team on reporting development.
  • Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT Supply planning.
  • Support the transformation of processes, technology & personnel to adapt to the new planning processes & ERP environment.
  • Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for supply/production planning and ensure the full utilization of the S4 tool within PT planning.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management environment
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes and system implementation
  • Proficiency in understanding system integration and key deliverable and milestone hand offs
  • Proficiency in understanding the standards & interoperability of master data (Material, BOM, Recipe, Production Version, PIR, Source Lists, etc.) and the impact to supply chain
  • Understanding of ERP functional principles across an ERP system and implementation

WE VALUE

  • Experience with S4/ERP/ System implementation
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers to achieve business objectives

U.S. Person Requirements:

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas), and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Vermont, and Virginia is $135,000 - $168,000. For Washington, DC, and most major metropolitan areas in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, the annual base salary range is $155,000 - $194,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
