The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Resolve technical customer issues directly, combining production code fixes, customer communication, and support automation.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve incoming customer issues across support channels.
- Debug payment, payout, identity-verification, integration, and product problems.
- Ship safe fixes into the production codebase.
- Troubleshoot directly with customers and support internal account teams.
- Identify recurring issues and improve AI support workflows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 5 years of relevant technical experience, with direct customer-facing support work.
- Technical education or a strong computer science and engineering foundation.
- Ability to debug APIs, databases, and integrations and ship production pull requests.
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools and support automation.
- Strong communication, independent problem-solving, and comfort with fast-moving customer requests.
Bonus points
- Frontend implementation experience.
- Experience improving AI-agent support systems.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 120,000 to 160,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive equity.
- Compensation depends in part on work arrangement, with the top of the listed range associated with onsite New York candidates.
Location and work model
- New York City is preferred, with a strong preference for five days per week in the office. Remote work may be considered initially; the ongoing arrangement will be discussed.
