Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of foot and ankle disorders.
* Perform podiatric surgical procedures consistent with training and granted privileges, including forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery.
* Manage diabetic foot pathology, including ulcer care, infection management, post operative wound care, and limb preservation.
* Evaluate and treat foot and ankle trauma, coordinating care with other specialty services as appropriate.
* Deliver wound care and non operative treatments as part of an integrated treatment plan.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, physician led practice model, emphasizing care coordination and patient centered outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
* Completion of a CPME approved residency in podiatric medicine and surgery; board certified or board eligible
* Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program
* Board eligible or board certified in foot and ankle surgery (ABFAS or equivalent)
* Eligibility for unrestricted Washington State podiatric license by start date
* DEA registration in Washington State or ability to obtain prior to start
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience or focused interest in foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage, or trauma
* Experience practicing in a multispecialty or integrated delivery system
* 5+ years of experience
The salary range for this role is $249,000 to $420,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
