About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

SVP, Product Management – B2C, Agentforce Commerce Cloud

About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and deeply experienced product executive to guide the future of our Commerce Cloud, with a specific focus on our B2C E-commerce offerings. You will take ownership of new product capabilities from initial concept to market leadership, managing a powerhouse team of VPs and Sr. Directors to scale our B2C Commerce organization.

The future of e-commerce is fundamentally changing with the rise of Agentic Commerce. As our SVP of Product, you will shape how consumers discover, interact with, and purchase products in a fully AI-native commerce experience.

You will be accountable for both groundbreaking product innovation and top-line revenue growth, working in lockstep with go-to-market strategy, sales, alliances, and marketing.

The ideal candidate is a natural evangelist, a deep commerce domain expert, and a technical leader obsessed with building scalable, composable solutions that create delightful, frictionless shopping journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Evangelize the Commerce Vision: Build a compelling, market-defining vision for the future of the B2C Agentforce Commerce Cloud. Focus on how AI and agentic capabilities will revolutionize the user experience, and evangelize this vision to merchants, integration partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead the Product Lifecycle & Strategy: Direct a high-performing, global product management team through every phase of the lifecycle. Own the roadmap for core commerce capabilities—from catalog management and merchandising to cart, checkout, and order routing.

  • Drive AI-Native Conversion & Discovery: Shape the intelligent agent layer that acts as a co-pilot for shoppers. Partner closely with engineering to integrate LLMs, vector search, and RAG pipelines to create conversational, hyper-personalized shopping flows that directly reduce cart abandonment and increase Average Order Value (AOV).

  • Champion modern commerce architectures. Ensure our platform evolves to meet enterprise demands for headless, composable, and API-first commerce solutions.

  • Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and alliances to ensure product-market fit, drive merchant adoption, and secure long-term platform success.

  • Act as the ultimate product ambassador. Present the roadmap to C-level retail executives, lead industry conference sessions (e.g., NRF, Shoptalk), and foster broad, strategic industry relationships.

  • Thoughtfully lead and grow a collaborative product management organization.

  • Define key commerce KPIs, guide ruthless prioritization, and ensure execution aligns with broader business goals. Deliver tangible business results that solidify Commerce Cloud's market leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Equivalent of 15+ years of product management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP) managing large, global product organizations.

  • Deep Domain Expertise: Unmatched expertise in the B2C e-commerce, retail technology, and digital payments landscape. Proven experience managing platforms that process high-volume GMV. Prior experience in digital merchandising, checkout optimization, or retail media is a significant plus.

  • Strong understanding of headless commerce, composable architecture (MACH), and omnichannel unified commerce strategies.

  • Deep understanding of the architecture behind AI-driven products (LLMs, vector search, semantic embeddings). Must have a track record of owning product strategy for AI-driven search, discovery, or personalization experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to define the big picture while sweating the details. A track record of launching "0→1" products and successfully scaling them to enterprise maturity.

  • Exceptional communicator with heavy executive presence. Able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for C-suite retail buyers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A strong design and UX orientation with a passion for removing friction from the buyer journey.

  • Experience with agent-based frameworks, RAG pipelines, or conversational commerce interfaces.

  • A technical degree or MBA is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its broader ecosystem is a plus.
