Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented, remote-based High Volume Frontline Contract Recruiter to support our Clutter business. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide. This Recruiter role gives you an opportunity to help build and foster a customer obsessed culture through the hiring of Clutter frontline, seasonal,  field associates across North America. The Recruiter we seek should have a strong acumen in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships, and candidate generation.This is a temporary assignment expected to last up to 5 months.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, while contributing to a collaborative TA environment where we leverage team insights to solve complex hiring challenges.

  • Cultivate, manage and optimize high-volume candidate pipelines to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs in a fast-paced, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven environment.

  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results. 

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume, frontline, non-exempt roles

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments, such as high-volume retail, logistics, operations, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

  • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management across diverse job profiles and geographic regions, managing a high volume workload, and delivering results.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Pay rate: $38.00 per hour

  • Schedule: 40-hour work week

  • Location: Remote, candidates in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones are preferred

  • Duration: This is a temporary assignment expected to last up to 5 months.

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00
