As an Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner, you will ensure premier candidate experience for applicants. You will be responsible to craft and deliver the recruiting process in ways that showcase Trane Technologies Employee Value Proposition and lead candidates to say "yes" to launch their career with Trane Technologies. You are also a key contributor in ensuring our sourcing efforts attract talent from a wide range of networks, and that the talent we hire strengthens our focus on building an inclusive, uplifting culture with opportunity for all.

What you will do:

  • Review candidate applications, conduct screening conversations and/or review video interview submissions and submit qualified candidate to Hiring Managers
  • Advocate for an enable processes to ensure that candidates receive quality care and are followed-up with in a timely manner.
  • Support our robust recruiting strategy to increase diverse representation in our global workforce.
  • Interact with candidates through phone screens, interview prep calls, and scheduling conversation, offer extension etc. -each time presenting the employee value proposition at Trane Technologies
  • Identify, elevate, and develop information/resources/offerings that are needed to provide a better candidate or internal stakeholder experience.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams to ensure all voices are heard and support strong hiring decisions based on role fit and future potential.
  • Create offers and facilitate meaningful offer extension conversations with candidates.
  • Address candidate questions in the decision-making process and think creatively about how to provide a differentiated level of candidate care to "get to yes."
  • Partner closely with early career team members and business stakeholders to share candidate status updates and systematic challenges that need to be addressed.
  • Demonstrate incredible collaboration and support to peers when requisition volumes fluctuates.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 1-3 years full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Early/Emerging Talent
  • Experience with change management, influencing and stakeholder management
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% during peak recruiting season

$65,300.00 - $93,099.99
