Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help build Stanley’s future, one candidate at a time. You will partner with hiring managers through each step of the hiring process: identifying top talent, supporting effective interviews and assessments, and delivering a candidate experience that lives up to the high standards of the Stanley consumer brand experience.

This position is a 90-day contract and is based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and evaluate talented candidates to build a pipeline for a high growth business
  • Execute end-to-end proactive and creative sourcing strategies to meet the business need.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build robust candidate pools from applicants, referrals, networking, and passive candidates through direct outreach.
  • Qualify candidates based on experience, skills, interests, and hiring team feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to scope new roles, write clear and compelling job descriptions, and hiring plans.
  • Ensure interviews and assessments are job-relevant, consistent, and candidate-friendly. Work with hiring teams to select and prepare interviewers.
  • Capture candidate expectations on pay, advise hiring managers on offers, and provide market insights.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by setting expectations and providing timely, answer questions, transparent updates throughout the process.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruiting team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers and communicated effective across hiring teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent; proven experience as a talent advisor to hiring leaders.
  • Experience pipelining talent at all levels within an organization.
  • Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar candidate sourcing tools.
  • Able to collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and support the case for change. Process-driven and data informed approached.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate change; can work independently but knows when to ask for help.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through with a sense of excellence and urgency.

Stanley 1913 is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley 1913, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. In addition, we offer a variety of employee benefits, personalized time off, 14-Paid holidays, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range
$50$65 USD
