Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent & People Operations Partner to join our growing team and play a critical role in building our talent foundation. This is an opportunity to join a high growth organization where you will be responsible for driving full cycle talent acquisition, supporting people operations infrastructure, and partnering closely with leaders across the company.

As the primary owner of Talent Acquisition, you will source, attract, and hire exceptional talent across all functions while building scalable recruiting processes and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. In addition, this role will support the People team in building foundational systems, workflows, and employee programs as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable operating independently and is excited to build from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Primary Focus (~70%)

• Lead full cycle recruiting for all roles across the organization, from kickoff to offer.

• Build recruiting infrastructure including intake processes, scorecards, interview loops, and talent pipelines.

• Own sourcing strategy and proactively engage active and passive candidates.

• Manage and streamline ATS workflows, reporting, and data integrity.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.

• Track recruiting KPIs and deliver weekly hiring reporting and insights to head of people.

• Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence across platforms and talent communities.

People Operations (~30%)

• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

• Assist with People Ops initiatives including performance cycles, engagement, and employee programs.

• Help maintain and update policies, documentation, and SOPs.


Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to People Operations preferred.

• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functional areas, ideally in high growth or start up environments.

• Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with multiple sourcing channels and tools.

• Experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms.

• Ability to build structure, processes, and documentation where limited infrastructure exists.

• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.

• Data driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive insights and decisions.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently while collaborating cross functionally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location).

• Total Compensation Context: This role may be eligible for annual performance bonuses and equity participation.
