The work is fast-paced, highly visible in its outcomes, and essential to creating a consistently world-class team environment.

This is a role for someone motivated by excellence, energized by travel and driving operational success, and genuinely passionate about women’s soccer and Seattle Reign FC.

  • Oversee and execute all team-related matchday operations for all Reign home matches, ensuring logistical execution supports team performance and professional standards.
  • Attend required NWSL league meetings, whether virtual or in person, and maintain a working knowledge of league rules, including the Competition Manual and Collective Bargaining Agreement, applying this knowledge to team travel, matchday operations, and visiting team coordination.

  • Oversee and coordinate Reign’s part-time Visiting Team Liaison to ensure visiting clubs receive organized, responsive support.
  • Manage assigned team operations budgets, exercising sound judgment.
  • Own the accurate tracking and reconciliation of team operational expenses, including invoices, receipts, and reimbursements, with timely submission and strong accountability.

Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in time-sensitive or unpredictable situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism to work effectively across players, staff, vendors, and partners.
