    Job Description:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Analyst to join our API and Integrations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing API specifications and documentation, collaborating with various teams across the enterprise to map data sources to requirements, and to coordinate necessary changes to those data sources.
  •  
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. API Specifications and Documentation:
  • Write clear and comprehensive API specifications that outline functionality, endpoints, and data structures, and follow API standards requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to ensure proper usage and integration by developers.
  • 2. Data Mapping and Requirements Gathering:
  • Partner with teams throughout the enterprise to understand data sources and requirements.
  • Map data sources to business requirements, ensuring alignment with API functionality.
  • Identify and coordinate changes needed to data sources to support API integration.
  • 3. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful API development and deployment.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • 4. Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data and API usage to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on API performance and integration status.
  •  
    Qualifications:
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of APIs to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify and work with engineers to resolve any issues or bugs in the API functionality.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on APIs and integrations.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with experience in writing API specifications and documentation Using Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with data mapping and integration processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
