Essential Responsibilities:
- Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, including scope, milestones, governance, and executive reporting for complex, multi-site initiatives.
- Drives large-scale change, including process harmonization, organizational redesign, and the implementation of new operating models.
- Partners with senior leadership to align priorities, manage expectations, and influence key strategic decisions.
- Anticipates delivery and adoption challenges, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution.
- Elevates project standards and governance rigor while embedding continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews.
- Acts as a mentor and coach, guiding junior project managers and analysts in execution discipline and stakeholder engagement.
- Navigates high-visibility, long-duration programs that span multiple functions and business units, requiring significant operational oversight.
- Operates with high independence to manage ambiguity, resolving most issues autonomously while escalating only critical strategic decisions.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Substantial experience leading large-scale digital, PMO, or ERP/SAP program deliveries.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-site initiatives with significant organizational and operational impact.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs within complex, evolving business environments.
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive strategic alignment.
- Expert-level proficiency in program management, risk mitigation, change management, and business readiness.
- Deep understanding of structured program delivery, including complex workstream management, dependencies, and deployment planning.
- Extensive background in SAP or similar enterprise system implementations and process optimization.
