The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives, coordinating across engineering and product teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and stakeholder communication throughout project execution.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, cloud/platform teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, build execution plans, and drive programs from concept through deployment. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality goals are met.
- Partner with engineering leads to break down requirements, define milestones, and manage execution.
- Lead program planning, technical discussions, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, cloud, security, operations).
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and program governance.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Support release planning, operational readiness, and post-launch optimization.
- Strong understanding of cloud, software engineering, or platform technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
- Proven experience driving large-scale technical programs or multi-team initiatives.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, program dashboards, and project tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
