Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

The Team

This is a newly formed Revenue Enablement team that offers a unique opportunity to build from the ground up. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where enablement is a critical lever for growth. This role will partner closely with Solutions Architects, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to drive technical readiness across the business.

The role

We are looking for Technical Enablement Manager to design, build, and scale technical enablement programs that improve the effectiveness of our Solutions Architects (SAs), sellers, and partners in a highly technical sales environment. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into scalable enablement programs that drive faster ramp, stronger technical competency, and improved performance in the field. You will work at the intersection of Solutions Architecture, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure our teams are equipped to succeed in technical customer conversations.

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States.

Your responsibilities will include:

Solutions Architect Enablement

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to accelerate ramp for Solutions Architects (SA).
  • Build ongoing, programmatic enablement to continuously develop SA technical and sales capabilities
  • Partner with SA leadership to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted enablement programs

Seller Technical Enablement

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement for Account Executives to improve their ability to position and sell complex solutions
  • Create scalable programs that increase technical fluency while remaining practical and relevant to the sales motion

Partner Technical Enablement

  • Build and scale technical enablement programs for partners to improve their competency and independence
  • Align partner enablement with go-to-market priorities and partner lifecycle stages

 Programs & Content

  • Partner with Product Marketing and technical subject matter experts to translate complex product capabilities into effective enablement assets
  • Develop role-based learning paths, certifications, and technical training programs across audiences (SAs, sellers, partners)
  • Ensure consistency and quality of technical messaging across enablement programs

Execution & Operations

  • Own the end-to-end execution of technical enablement programs, including planning, delivery, and iteration
  • Align technical enablement with product launches, go-to-market priorities, and field needs
  • Partner on the implementation and utilization of LMS/CMS systems to scale enablement delivery and track engagement
  • Drive adoption and engagement across global teams

Measurement & Impact

  • Define and track key metrics such as ramp time, program adoption, and technical competency improvements
  • Gather feedback from the field and use data to continuously improve enablement programs
  • Report on enablement effectiveness and business impact

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in sales, technical, or partner enablement, including building and delivering programs
  • Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs from scratch
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud, infrastructure, or AI environments
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable enablement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and technical teams
  • Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role
  • Experience enabling technical sellers or Solutions Engineering teams in cloud or AI environments
  • Experience supporting or enabling partner ecosystems
  • Experience building enablement in a high-growth or scaling company

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
