Build and grow technology partnerships that generate referrals, co-sell opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Recruit and onboard partners, develop joint go-to-market plans, enable sales teams, support deal strategy, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Assess integration and API opportunities, communicate technical value, and track partner performance across referrals, pipeline, revenue, and engagement. The role focuses on B2B SaaS technology alliances rather than integration support.

As a Technology Partner Manager, you will build and grow strategic technology partnerships that create measurable revenue for HiBob. You will own relationships with technology partners that have strong go-to-market, referral, and co-sell potential—helping both organizations identify opportunities, enable their sales teams, and win business together.
This is not a partner utilization or integration-support role. Success will be measured by partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, co-sell activity, and revenue generated through the technology partner ecosystem.
HiBob has a broad and growing ecosystem of integrations, with significant opportunity to expand the Marketplace and deepen partner go-to-market engagement. This role will identify, recruit, and activate high-potential partners that can generate meaningful referral opportunities and mutual growth.

It’s an exciting time to join HiBob. Salesforce is leading a $166 million investment in the company, supporting our vision to bring trusted people context into the AI-powered enterprise. As we accelerate our product, technology, AI, and innovation roadmap, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
What you'll do
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow technology partners with strong referral, co-sell, and revenue potential.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner-side sales, alliances, product, and executive stakeholders, and enable their teams to identify when and how to position HiBob.
  • Partner with HiBob AEs to uncover shared opportunities, strengthen deal strategy, and execute co-sell motions that help close business.
  • Build joint GTM plans and revenue-generating initiatives, including partner enablement, webinars, events, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product and R&D to assess integration opportunities, discuss API capabilities, and translate technical value into customer and commercial value.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders across two organizations—Sales, Product, RevOps, Support, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal—to move partnerships forward.
  • Track partner performance across referrals, pipeline, revenue, co-sell activity, and engagement.

What you bring
  • Experience in technology partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or a related GTM role within B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of building partnerships or GTM motions from scratch and creating measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales teams on referrals, co-selling, account planning, or deal strategy.
  • Ability to understand and communicate APIs, integrations, and technical product capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder-management skills and the ability to align organizations with different priorities, cultures, and sales motions.
  • A hands-on, resourceful approach; comfortable creating momentum with limited dedicated partner-marketing support.
Preferred
  • Experience in HR tech, payroll, workforce management, or a related SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience working with a Marketplace, integration ecosystem, or API-based technology platform.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
