Territory Vice President of Sales

LaserAway | Central Region | Extensive Travel

Compensation: $200,000 annual base salary, plus 30%-40% bonus

You’ve built your career leading retail teams at scale. Bring that experience to LaserAway.

LaserAway is seeking a Territory Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, sales execution, and leadership development across our Central Region.

We are especially interested in leaders from Fortune 500 retailers and other large national retail organizations who have led multiple districts or regions, developed strong field leaders, and delivered consistent sales growth across a substantial store portfolio. Experience in medical aesthetics is not required.

This is an opportunity to apply your retail leadership experience in a business centered on patient relationships, consultative sales, and an exceptional in-clinic experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the EVP of Sales, you will lead Regional Directors who oversee Location Directors and their sales teams. You will translate company goals into clear field priorities, strengthen leadership capability, and drive revenue, conversion, same-store sales, and return patient engagement.

You will stay close to the business through clinic visits, leader coaching, and regular performance reviews, partnering with Clinical Leadership and Business Operations to align sales execution with patient needs and treatment capacity.

What You’ll Lead

  • Territory sales performance: Set clear regional priorities and deliver against revenue, conversion, same-store sales, and productivity goals.

  • Leadership through others: Coach Regional Directors to develop effective Location Directors, strengthen sales behaviors, and sustain results across their markets.

  • Talent and succession: Build bench strength, identify future leaders, and partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring, development, retention, and performance management.

  • Consistent field execution: Translate company initiatives into practical actions, reinforce expectations through field visits, and hold leaders accountable for follow-through.

  • Performance improvement: Use dashboards and sales trends to identify gaps, direct leadership support, and implement measurable action plans.

  • Patient experience: Reinforce a consultative sales approach that builds trust, supports informed purchasing decisions, and encourages lasting patient relationships.

  • Growth and new openings: Partner across functions to prepare leaders, staff clinics, and establish strong sales execution in new locations.

  • Cross-functional execution: Work with Clinical, Business Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Finance to address barriers, inform forecasts, and support revenue growth.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple districts or regions within a large retail or consumer service organization.

  • Experience leading District Managers, Regional Directors, or comparable leaders who manage teams across multiple locations.

  • A record of delivering revenue growth, improving conversion, and strengthening same-store sales through coaching and consistent execution.

  • Demonstrated success developing field leaders, building succession pipelines, and preparing internal talent for larger roles.

  • Strong command of sales reporting and business analytics, with the ability to turn performance trends into focused action.

  • Experience leading teams through growth, new location openings, and changing business priorities.

  • A hands-on leadership style, clear communication, and consistent accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Relevant backgrounds may include Regional Vice President, Territory Vice President, Divisional Vice President, Regional Director, or Senior Director of Stores roles within Fortune 500 or other large national retailers.

Why Bring Your Retail Experience to LaserAway?

Your ability to lead through others, develop talent, and improve performance across multiple locations translates directly to this role. At LaserAway, you’ll apply those strengths to a consultative sales environment where service, patient relationships, and partnership with clinical teams shape the experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence territory strategy, develop the next generation of field leaders, and help shape how we grow.
