Job Overview

As a Travel Coordinator at Crewfare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements, from booking flights and accommodations to maintaining organized records and ensuring clear communication with clients. Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangements: Efficiently handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, considering clients’ preferences and budget constraints.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all travel bookings, itineraries, and confirmations. Safely store sensitive information in a secure manner.

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their travel arrangements. Provide timely updates, address inquiries, and offer solutions to any travel-related issues that may arise.

  • Itinerary Creation: Create comprehensive travel itineraries, including details about flights, accommodations, transportation, and any scheduled activities, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their travel plans.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential travel disruptions or conflicts and provide alternative solutions to mitigate any issues that could affect clients’ travel experiences.

  • Budget Management: Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing options that align with their travel budgets while maintaining quality standards.

  • Travel Regulations: Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, health advisories, and other relevant information to provide accurate guidance to clients.

  • Group Travel Management: Manage and audit rooming lists, communicating with both hotels and clients on group reservations.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience in travel coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience with booking systems and travel industry software is advantageous.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients’ travel arrangements simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
