  • Work closely with project managers, delivery teams, RCAs, consultants and subcontractors to develop fit-for-purpose, risk-based TTM solutions.

  • Facilitate design meetings, 3C’s conversations and risk workshops to identify hazards, agree controls and strengthen delivery outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement in TTM planning processes, tools and templates, using learnings from incidents, audits and site feedback.

  • Provide TTM planning input into tenders, bids and project start-up activities, including methodology, resourcing and risk commentary.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining high standards.

  • A practical, safety-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to leadership.

Ko wai mātou | About us

At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is about more than what we build. It’s about how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we move forward together. We deliver the infrastructure people rely on every day across New Zealand, from roads and transport networks to civil construction, maintenance and essential services that keep communities connected. We’re a team that’s flat, friendly and focused, where titles matter less than ideas. We back our people, speak straight, and take the work seriously, not ourselves. And when the stakes are high, we switch on and deliver to a high standard. If you want to be part of a team that values safety, progress, trust and practical thinking, you’ll fit right in.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
