What you'll do...Role summary:
The WFS Staff Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products that help sellers understand, manage, and grow their fulfillment business. Within WFS Seller Services & Enablement, this role gives sellers clear, actionable visibility into business performance. The ideal candidate combines customer empathy, technical depth, and data-driven decision-making to define product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. They lead cross-functional teams from discovery through value realization, leverage AI and emerging technologies, manage risks and dependencies, influence product direction, mentor peers, and ensure alignment with business objectives while delivering measurable seller and business outcomes across the product lifecycle.
About the team:
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) delivers end-to-end fulfillment solutions for Marketplace sellers by leveraging Walmart’s extensive fulfillment center network. The team manages the full seller lifecycle through specialized functional groups covering inbound inventory, imports, fulfillment technology, services, and seller experience. This group drives innovation in supply-chain operations, transforming Walmart’s physical retail footprint into a powerful platform for third-party commerce. Members collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product strategy, roadmap execution, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring seamless inventory positioning and superior service for sellers and suppliers. The team fosters continuous improvement and operational excellence within a complex, technology-driven environment.
What you'll do:
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap development for complex or related product sets, aligning with business goals and market trends
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling
  • Utilize data analysis and experimentation to inform prioritization, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to assess technical feasibility, manage risks, and influence architectural decisions
  • Establish continuous customer feedback mechanisms and translate insights into actionable problem statements with clear success metrics
  • Mentor product managers on best practices in discovery, roadmap planning, and launch readiness
  • Identify AI and emerging technology opportunities to enhance product capabilities and accelerate innovation

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced data analysis and experimentation techniques.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML inference and API system integration.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into prioritized product initiatives with clear success metrics.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead product lifecycle from discovery through value realization.
  • Excellent communication skills to align teams and mentor less experienced product managers.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11658: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
