About the Role

The Opportunity

We're seeking a VP of RevOps to build, scale, and lead a world-class Revenue Operations function for Esko's global Software organization. In this role, you'll drive commercial excellence across the full revenue lifecycle, while establishing the systems, processes, and insights that enable predictable, sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial engine of a high-growth software business and leave a lasting impact on how Esko goes to market globally.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership to align go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue processes, and foster cross-functional accountability. Success in this role means that within 12–18 months, Esko's Software organization operates with measurably improved forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, and revenue efficiency across all markets.

📍 This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States or EMEA. Travel up to 20% is expected.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the global Revenue Operations function, building and managing a high-performing, geographically distributed team across US and EMEA to drive consistent go-to-market execution.
  • Drive the design and continuous optimization of end-to-end revenue processes—from lead generation through contract renewal—to accelerate growth and improve commercial predictability.
  • Build a scalable revenue intelligence framework, including forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting that enable data-driven decisions at every level of the organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align go-to-market strategy, territory design, and quota planning across global markets.
  • Own the revenue technology stack, overseeing the selection, implementation, and adoption of CRM and sales enablement tools to maximize team productivity and data integrity.
  • Develop annual operating plans and revenue models that support Esko's Software business strategy and financial targets, in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment by establishing shared metrics, governance rhythms, and accountability frameworks that connect commercial functions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR on compensation plan design, quota-setting, and incentive structures that reinforce desired commercial behaviors globally.
  • Implement scalable onboarding and enablement programs that reduce sales ramp time and improve rep productivity across the global organization.
  • Influence senior leadership by presenting revenue performance insights, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and executive team.

What We're Looking For

These are the must-have requirements for the role:

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable revenue processes that deliver measurable improvements in pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, and commercial efficiency.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and revenue intelligence tools, with demonstrated ability to drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
