Vice President, Market Delivery
Overview
The role is responsible for managing a team of individuals in Canada Market Delivery. The Canada Market Delivery team leads the deployment of MasterCard products and services to the market and holds direct accountability for the customer experience in the new program launch as well as manages operational excellence and optimization for key customers. This includes dynamic consultation and management of both business and technical facets for product/service delivery and operational support leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution• Have you ever brought a product to market? • Do you want to be a part of a collaborative environment? • Are you motivated to stay on the cutting edge of technology? • Do you like to consult with customers to help them achieve their business goals through optimization or new product introduction?
Role • Establishes working relationships with internal delivery teams, customer support teams and customer contacts.• Partners with customers to develop annual business plans and conducts quarterly operational reviews• Executes new product and program introductions within the market to support key business priorities• Collaborates with product and sales teams to identify business opportunities through understanding of the customer's technology infrastructure
All About You • Demonstrated experience in financial services and/or related industry verticals with strong knowledge of card business• Skilled at analyzing and optimizing business processes, ensuring improvements enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.• Previous experience in mobile, e-commerce, EMV, Multi-rail payments are strongly preferred• Ability to quickly engage and influence business and technical partners• Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships at all functional levels essential• Extensive, proven project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with external and internal clients.• Have superior, demonstrated external client relationship management skills

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
