We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results!

We are hiring a Vice President of Sales, Data Ops to commercialize our AI-first proposition and build BGO's enterprise sales motion from 0 to 1. This is a pure hunter, new-business-development role: you will open doors, create opportunities, and close transformational enterprise deals.
This is not an account-management, renewals, or staffing-sales role. You will be the first enterprise seller on the ground — building pipeline, shaping the sales playbook, and establishing BGO as a credible AI-first alternative to traditional outsourcers.
You will work in close partnership with our AI Data Operations leadership and Client Solutions team, who own solution design and practice building. You own the client relationship, the commercial strategy, and the close.

Experience:
  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • Proven hunter: you create opportunities through your own prospecting rather than relying on inbound leads.
  • History of selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long-term, scaled contract; $1M+ deal experience.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, digital transformation, BPO/BPM, managed services, IT services, CX or contact-center technology, or related technology-enabled services.
  • Track record of selling transformational technology or business-process change — not simply labor or staff augmentation.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
