Brief team/department description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a distributed team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through virtual channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and experienced in remote team leadership.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of remote sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement virtual sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing remote or hybrid sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of virtual sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
