The Vice President, Legal Systems & Transformation role within the Legal function is responsible for designing and building solutions that empower legal department objectives through technology enablement, data analysis, and system integration. The solutions will leverage Ironclad integration into systems that support the full lifecycle of a customer or vendor contract. This role applies extensive knowledge of legal systems, data flows, and department analytics to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and insight generation across Legal teams while partnering closely with cross department internal stakeholders and technology partners.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Own Ironclad configuration and improvements
  • Design integrations across Salesforce, Ironclad, Workday
  • Build reporting and dashboards for department metrics and data governance, maximizing AI enablement with the department’s existing tools
  • Support procurement systems roadmap
  • Lead and support Legal department initiatives involving the configuration, integration, and ongoing use of Ironclad legal and business systems used across designated teams, functions, or business units.
  • Design, manage, and oversee integrations and data flows between Legal platforms and enterprise systems to support end‑to‑end legal and contract lifecycle processes.
  • Analyze, map, and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting, compliance, and operational decision‑making.
  • Partner with Legal leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify, define, and analyze key departmental metrics and data inputs sourced from Legal and enterprise systems.
  • Identify data requiring testing and validation and support data quality standards, controls, and governance practices across supported platforms.
  • Support the effective use of Legal systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, HR, CRM, service management, collaboration, and content management tools) to enhance Legal operations, reporting, and insights.
  • Other activities may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent including experience supporting Legal operations, enterprise systems, data analysis, or system integrations.
  • 5+ years’ experience in legal ops or systems integration. Experience with CLM, BI tools, AI tools and enterprise integrations required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with legal and enterprise business platforms to support Legal department workflows, data management, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Familiarity with Legal and enterprise systems may include but are not limited to contract lifecycle management tools, HR systems, CRM platforms, service management tools, and collaboration or content management platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint), as applicable.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
