As a key leader, the Vice President, Product Management and Realization will lead the creation of a product vision for new service offerings, including a unified communications platform. The VP will be instrumental in standing up a robust business and product line, bringing expertise in technical products and UX/UI design, and ultimately developing product features that optimize ROI and deliver superior customer experience. Responsible for ongoing management, product vision, roadmap, and commercial activities, this leader will drive digital transformation and shift to agile product development, building and leading agile teams across product owners, designers, and developers.
Un-carrier® Responsibilities
- Actively monitor customer and product experience to continuously improve products and services.
- Serve as the single, internal leader and voice for T-Mobile’s Unified Communication and Collaboration business.
- Question and clarify cross-functional implications of all product decisions, ensuring critical business issues are surfaced.
- Champion the customer experience in all product design decisions impacting customers and frontline.
- Advise leadership on priority of initiatives ready for development.
- Guide product managers in defining product specifications and collaborating with Engineering.
- Support team members with requirements clarification and development team coordination.
- Develop and inspire Product Managers responsible for delivering the capability roadmap.
- Coach team members on project escalations, assessing business implications of changes.
- Foster career development and growth for team members.
- Set clear, measurable goals related to timely, high-quality product creation and enhancement.
- Increase awareness of team plans, insights, and accomplishments to facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
- Assist with prioritization and resource allocation for key business initiatives.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's/Advanced Degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in product management and executive leadership
- Experience driving digital transformation and leading agile teams

Base Pay Range: $258,000 - $349,000Corporate Bonus Target: 50%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
