About the Role
TeamFicient is looking for a Web Developer to maintain and improve our website: core functionality, real-time accuracy, SEO, and compliance/health monitoring. This is a solo, fixed-scope engagement: you own execution end to end, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins only as needed. You'll submit your own RFQ (proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost) as part of the process.

Core Responsibilities
Feature Work

  • Fix Find My Match so results reflect real-time Ready-to-Hire availability

  • Produce and stage three design proposals for the High Level Roles page redesign

  • Build a new Internal Services page per approved scope

Site Health & SEO

  • Perform website health checks and resolve technical issues

  • Monitor and improve technical and on-page SEO; maintain staging/production separation

Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves

  • Full-stack or front-end web development experience on the current CMS/stack

  • Practical SEO (technical + on-page) experience

  • Experience managing staging vs. production environments safely

Good to Haves

  • UI/design proposal experience

  • Website compliance/accessibility remediation experience
