Headquartered in Seattle with an office in San Francisco, we raised $60M Series B in April 2025 led by Sapphire Ventures with Mayfield and Thomson Reuters Ventures, bringing total funding to $91M. We're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to join us in this next phase of growth.

We're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.

Who we're looking for

Supio is the leading AI platform for personal injury law firms — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Webinar Manager who can own our webinar program end-to-end: from a spark of an idea through execution, follow-up, and content repurposing. This is a high-output role built for someone who thrives on structure, loves bringing smart people together on stage, and understands that a great webinar doesn't just educate — it moves pipeline.

You'll produce 1–2 live webinars per week, spanning prospect acquisition, customer education, and partner engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to keep our program tightly aligned to revenue goals and the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do
Program Strategy & Inception
  • Develop a rolling webinar calendar tied to marketing campaigns, product launches, and pipeline goals.
  • Identify timely, relevant topics that resonate with PI law firms at each stage of the customer lifecycle — from awareness to expansion.
  • Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and CS to ensure webinar themes ladder up to broader GTM priorities.
Speaker Recruitment & Management
  • Source and recruit internal SMEs, customers, partners, and industry experts as speakers.
  • Manage speaker prep end-to-end: briefing calls, slide reviews, run-of-show coordination, and dry runs.
  • Build and maintain a speaker pipeline so the bench is never empty.
Content Development
  • Develop compelling webinar narratives and agendas that balance education with business relevance.
  • Write or oversee slide decks, speaker talking points, polling questions, and interactive elements.
  • Ensure all content reflects Supio’s brand voice and reinforces our position as the trusted AI partner for PI law.
Promotion & Demand Generation
  • Own the promotional plan for each webinar: email campaigns, social posts, paid amplification, partner channels, and Sales outreach sequences.
  • Build and manage registration landing pages; write email copy and subject lines that drive high open and conversion rates.
  • Set and hit registration and attendance targets for every event.
HubSpot & Zoom Setup
  • Configure and manage all webinars in Zoom Webinars, including registration, panelist setup, practice sessions, and post-event settings.
  • Build HubSpot workflows for registration confirmation, reminders, attendee follow-up, and no-show nurture sequences.
  • Ensure proper tracking, list segmentation, and lead scoring are in place so every registrant is handled correctly in the CRM.
Post-Event Follow-Up
  • Execute timely, segmented follow-up for attendees, no-shows, and on-demand viewers — tailored to funnel stage and engagement level.
  • Coordinate with Sales on MQL handoffs and hot lead alerts; track follow-up completion and conversion.
  • Analyze post-event data (attendance rate, engagement, pipeline influenced) and share a concise debrief with stakeholders.
Content Waterfall
  • Repurpose each webinar into a content waterfall: on-demand recording, key clips for social, blog recap, email highlights, and enablement assets for Sales.
  • Manage production timelines so post-event content ships within a defined SLA.
  • Maintain an organized content library so recordings and assets are easily accessible across the org.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience running a B2B webinar program, ideally at a SaaS or tech company; legal tech experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute 1–2 live webinars per week with consistency and quality.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Zoom Webinars and HubSpot — you know how to set up a workflow, segment a list, and build a registration page without a tutorial.
  • Strong project management skills: you run checklists, hold timelines, and juggle multiple active webinars without dropping details.
  • A solid grasp of how webinars drive pipeline — you think about registration goals, MQL thresholds, and pipeline influence, not just attendance numbers.
  • Ability to develop compelling content and coach speakers; you make complex topics accessible and engaging.
  • Sharp written communication skills for email copy, social posts, and speaker briefs.
  • Collaborative by nature — comfortable working with Sales, CS, Product, and external partners simultaneously.
  • Self-directed and organized: you don’t wait to be told what’s next; you’ve already built the plan.

Nice to haves
  • Experience marketing to law firms or within the legal industry.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools for clipping and repurposing webinar recordings.
  • Experience with webinar platforms beyond Zoom (e.g., ON24, Goldcast).
  • Background in content marketing or demand generation.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
