The Website Implementation Specialist serves as a dedicated resource for the onboarding team, owning the technical preparation and execution of customer website go-lives. This role accelerates the launch process by coordinating directly with customers and their technical stakeholders to ensure domain transitions are completed accurately and on schedule.

As a Website Implementation Specialist, you will:

  • Own end-to-end technical execution of website go-live after customer approval, including coordinating domain access and updating DNS records. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, their IT departments, and domain specialists throughout the launch process. 
  • Conduct daily outreach to assigned customers to maintain launch momentum, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution. 
  • Review and manage Trello cards for assigned technical tasks, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely completion. 
  • Partner with onboarding teammates to engage customer-side technical stakeholders and align on launch requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical launch roadblocks, escalating to senior resources as needed. 
  • Maintain clear documentation of launch status, customer communications, and technical actions taken. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has:

  • Associate degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical implementation, onboarding, IT coordination, or customer-facing technical support role. 
  • Working knowledge of DNS concepts, domain management, and web hosting fundamentals. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across customer IT teams and internal stakeholders. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer launches simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience using project tracking tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. 
  • Knowledge of MS Suite; experience with SaaS or technology company environments is a plus. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing roadblocks. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Additional Desirable Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills and sound decision-making ability. 
  • Comfortable with daily customer outreach and managing stakeholder expectations. 
  • Experience with web domain registrars (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare) is advantageous. 
  • Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines in a high-volume launch environment. 
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Ability to travel as needed. 
  • Ability to meet work timelines 
  • Be Present as the manager/job requires
