Marsh is seeking candidates for a West Zone Regional Cyber Leader in our Los Angeles, San Francisco or our Seattleoffice. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Become a member of Marsh's cyber team who delivers expert advisory and market-leading solutions to help manage cyber risk with confidence.
In this client facing role you will develop an understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities; risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.
Help identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and is the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
Policy management activities and delivery of reviewed policy to client and helps address client inquiries as necessary.
Delivers technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFP’s

We will count on you to:
Assess the needs of clients and develop solutions to risk situations, across complexity spectrum. Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals and prepare client marketing messages.
Submit coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers, binds coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound. Receive and analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis and recommendations.
Develops strong working relations with carriers and or underwriters. Possess strong knowledge of insurance and risk marketplace including financial strength and risk appetite while keeping abreast of changing insurance and risk market conditions.
Contributes to the firm's body of knowledge on product line by participating in internal networks and works closely with our client teams to support client retention and new business production.
What you need to have:
8+ years of industry experience, 2+ years Cyber experience a must
P&C license, or ability to obtain
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years Supervisory/Managerial experience
