Position Overview

The Workday Human Resources (HCM) Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday HCM solutions. This role partners with clients to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly human capital management processes aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure core HCM functionality including organizations, staffing models, business processes, and security.
Analyze current HR processes and recommend Workday best practices to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate HCM with downstream Workday modules and third-party systems.
Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Support system enhancements, releases, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted advisory support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process framework.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting global or multi-entity Workday HCM deployments.

Certifications

Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).
