- Process and format customer data in Excel, ensuring names, addresses, and other details meet mailing standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize proprietary software to generate printable materials, including envelopes and personalized card messages.
- Manage and organize data sheets, including logging completed work and securely deleting outdated information.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to support mailing operations and ensure readiness of operator kits.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and security guidelines, particularly when handling personally identifiable information (PII).
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management, quality control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (including macros).
- Familiarity with U.S. postal standards and mailing processes.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Awareness of and adherence to data protection policies, especially when handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with database management systems or proprietary data processing software.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
