The Principal Software Architect will lead complex initiatives involving backend services and cloud infrastructure, drive AI integration, define engineering standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with various stakeholders.

As a Software Architect, you will define architectural changes, collaborate on priorities, build and improve code, and train team members.

Define and lead cloud and platform architecture for scalable, secure, cost‑efficient cloud-hosted applications. Oversee shared platform capabilities, review solution designs, embed security and governance, design data and integration platforms, lead migrations and modernization, set observability and resilience patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and SRE teams.

Define and lead end-to-end cloud application and platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. Partner with engineering, security, data, and product teams to design shared platform capabilities, data and integration patterns, governance, observability, and migration/modernization roadmaps. Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers and SREs.

Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise observability platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, session replay, log analytics). Define integration patterns, telemetry standards, and governance. Partner with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Infrastructure to embed observability best practices, evaluate new technologies (OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, AI-driven observability), drive platform standardization, and manage vendor relationships to improve MTTD/MTTR and system reliability.

The Lead Software Solutions Architect designs cloud-native solutions, guides technical decisions, mentors teams, and drives innovation while ensuring quality and scalability.

The Senior Software Architect will design and implement technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, lead development teams, assess technologies, and create POCs.

The role involves leading the design of optical DWDM communication systems, setting architectural specifications, and collaborating with multiple teams to develop robust telecommunications products.
