monday.com is seeking a strategic and results-driven Acquisition Manager to support and scale customer acquisition through our global network of channel partners. This individual will play a critical role in enabling partners to successfully plan, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms and regions.
The ideal candidate has a strong acquisition and growth background, with hands-on knowledge of multiple performance marketing platforms and a passion for enabling others to succeed. You’ll work closely with channel partners, local agencies, and internal acquisition teams to drive consistent, high-quality pipeline and revenue through partner-led campaigns.
About The Role- Develop and support a global partner-led acquisition strategy in close alignment with channel partners and internal acquisition teams.
- Enable partners to plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., paid search, paid social, display, video).
- Act as a subject-matter expert on acquisition best practices, platforms, and performance optimization for partners and agencies.
- Collaborate with local agencies to support regional execution while ensuring alignment with global strategy and standards.
- Work closely with monday.com’s internal acquisition, growth, and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and measurement.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for partner-led acquisition efforts, and support partners in tracking, analyzing, and improving performance.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices across partners and internal teams to continuously improve acquisition effectiveness globally.
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition, growth, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a partner-driven environment.
- Strong working knowledge of major acquisition platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, video)
- Experience supporting or managing acquisition campaigns through agencies
- Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition strategy and how partner-led efforts contribute to pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct ownership.
- Highly collaborative, structured, and data-driven, with a focus on enablement, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
