monday.com’s CRO Enablement dept. is looking for a Senior CROE Operations Manager to help execute the future of how we plan, measure, and scale enablement across our global go-to-market organization.
In this role, you’ll participate in establishing and enforcing operational governance and methods that power our team’s ability to drive impact at scale. Your strategy and mechanisms must balance efficiency, rigor, and faster data-driven decision-making, ensuring that the velocity of our goals remains tangibly executable. This will include operational prioritization, standardization, and tooling to unlock new levels of efficiency.
This role reports directly to the Sr. CROE Operations Team Lead. You’ll be part of a global, fast-paced team that supports all client-facing functions, and partners with and you’ll work closely with BI, RevOps,BB Data & AI Infra, IT, and regional Enablement Leads to make our operational foundation best-in-class.
About The Role- Enforce and shape operational excellence by designing and developing mechanisms to standardize enablement resources and models
- Establish infrastructure for measurement of enablement programs. Contribute to our enablement data foundation: identifying additional key data points, connect enablement data sources to the company’s data model, and enable integration with monday.com’s AI model.
- Build actionable insights: create reporting frameworks that track targeted field behaviors, certifications, adoption of new initiatives, and impact. In addition, establishes a connected reporting layer between Enablement KPIs and key business KPIs.
- Optimize processes with automation & AI : identify repetitive processes and use AI agents or AI workflows to streamline scheduling, reporting, and intake management.
- Own the strategic enablement technology ecosystem, ensuring tools, usage, integrations, and data flows support scalable and measurable enablement outcomes (not a tools admin)
- Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms with field and regional leaders to continuously refine enablement programs based on adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Design structure Facilitate operational planning: bring together regional and central enablement plans into a unified roadmap, with clear priorities and success metrics
- Establish mechanisms for reporting visibility and cadences
- 5 years of experience in operations, enablement operations, or business systems management -ideally in a global SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with developing standardized templates, engagement models, information & content management
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows or automations that improve process efficiency.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of data architecture. Experience connecting multiple systems into a centralized analytics model, as well as building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Tableau, monday.com dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with technical (BI, IT, RevOps, etc.) and non-technical (client-facing and GTM support) teams.
- Exceptional cross-functional project management skills, with a track record of independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
- Familiarity with monday.com -an advantage
