Company Description

Trupanion is a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs in North America. Our mission is to help the pets we all love receive the veterinary care they need. At Trupanion, we offer a collaborative, casual, and pet-friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves.

Job Description

Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to shape how pet parents engage with one of the most trusted names in pet health insurance? As the Brand Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns that captivate audiences, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive measurable growth.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns—conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring—while ensuring alignment with our business objectives and brand story. This role thrives on collaboration, partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create integrated campaigns that inspire action.

This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Development:

· Develop and execute comprehensive brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, growth, and ensure Trupanion remains distinctive and impactful in the market.

· Translate brand objectives into compelling strategies with measurable goals.

Collaboration & Coordination:

· Partner with internal Trupanion teams (creative, brand, digital, veterinary, breeder, shelter, and member marketing, as well as our field teams and PR) to align campaign elements.

· Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure campaign success.

Execution & Optimization:

  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Test and refine campaign elements to maximize effectiveness.

Data & Reporting:

  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Report campaign outcomes to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Market Trends:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive strategies to innovate and maintain a market edge.

Experience:

  •  5+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).

Knowledge:

  • Expertise in branding principles and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeted marketing strategies, and multi-channel engagement.

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 on a full-time schedule.
  • Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
  • We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion’s success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.

  • Four weeks of paid time off and 9 paid float holidays (you can decide which days are most important to you!)
  • Five-week sabbatical after five years of employment
