Description and Requirements
The Opportunity
The Brand Manager serves as the liaison between key business stakeholders and ML Agency personnel generating the creative content and governance of it. You'll play an integral role in interpreting business requirements, campaign flows and orchestrating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects to satisfy business objectives. You have a strong background in performance marketing, brand alignment and a keen ability to partner with creative pros to optimize and deliver innovative creative solutions that drive success. You'll play a key role in contributing to strategy, execution planning, and collaborating with cross-functional team members to exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee internal relationships, serving as the primary point-of-contact between the creative team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand is expressed within guidelines.
  • Contribute to creative strategy; deriving input and insights from critical stakeholders and resources that can be leveraged to drive creative solutions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Retain ownership of overall success for each effort through oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery - ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Review analytics and performance data daily, proactively identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize campaign performance
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and resolving conflict
  • Exhibit a driven and competitive mindset, with a passion for winning and exceeding expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of creative agency experience with proven expertise in creative strategy. A portfolio of the creative work with campaign results you've managed for clients would be a bonus.
  • A strategic and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proven campaign results, exceeding goals more often than just meeting them.
  • Knowledge of online and offline marketing best practices, and the creative process.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects across a wide range of channels, including email, online paid media, video, social media, web landing pages, web.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and agile methodologies.
  • Effective presenting work to internal clients.
  • Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across a broad range of day-to-day tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with relevant tools such as Workfront, MS Office suite, Teams/SharePoint, Figma, and data analytics & visualization tools.
  • Expertise in insurance, financial services helpful, but not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $84,800 - 142,900 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
