This role supports TFB Sales leadership and Sales teams by delivering analytical decision support, insights, and compensation execution with a specific focus on Total Billed Revenue (TBR). It involves gathering, validating, and documenting seller activity and data, and telling the story behind that data to inform compensation decisions. The role also owns and redefines the TBR quota methodology, measures its success, and supports segment owners with their TBR quota needs. Responsibilities include ad-hoc analysis, reporting, designing decision support tools, and collaborating on larger projects and initiatives. Success is measured by the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of findings and decisions that meet business needs. The work strengthens sales effectiveness by building confidence in compensation programs, quotas, and commissionable activities, and it drives organizational strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and redefine the Total Billed Revenue quota methodology, and measure its effectiveness and success in driving sales performance
  • Partner with segment owners to support and deliver their TBR quota needs
  • Execute TFB Sales compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead the investigation, validation, and resolution of compensation inquiries and reported issues from TFB Sellers
  • Gather, validate, and analyze TBR and seller activity data, and clearly communicate the story behind the data to leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver new reports and perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to address evolving compensation and TBR performance needs
  • Provide analytical insights and decision support to leadership to inform compensation and quota decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize analysis, compensation, and quota initiatives
  • Provide cross-training and serve as backup support to team members to ensure continuity of operations
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • 4+ years working experience solving analytical problems using research, quantitative and qualitative approaches (Required)
  • Working experience with Excel, Salesforce (Required)
  • Working experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake (Preferred)
  • Must be a US Citizen

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $89,585 - $161,575

National Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. 

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
