Our client is a technology company serving event businesses.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Develop new accounts through an established events and nightlife network, owning commercial discussions and continuing through customer onboarding.

What you'll do

- Use existing venue, promoter, and organizer relationships to generate opportunities.

- Run demonstrations and negotiate commercial agreements.

- Build referrals and expand the network after each successful partnership.

- Use outbound prospecting to supplement warm leads.

- Support onboarding and attend initial customer events when needed.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 2 to 6 years in business development, account management, partnerships, or related events and nightlife work.

- An active personal network of venue owners, promoters, or event organizers.

- Experience closing deals and negotiating commercial terms.

- Clear and confident communication on calls and demonstrations.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup and support customers after close.

Compensation and benefits

- Equity: Competitive equity.

- Compensation can be structured as salary plus equity or a lower base with higher commission. Final base and variable terms depend on the agreed plan.

Location and work model

- Remote within the United States, with occasional in-person attendance at customer events. An optional monthly onsite collaboration week is available, with room and board covered.

- Visa transfers and new visa sponsorship are listed as available.
