We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it. We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Business Systems Analyst with Kalles Group, you’ll be on assignment with one of our clients, supporting their Device Management and Endpoint Security team on both day-to-day operations and modernization work. You’ll mix hands-on data and systems analysis with project coordination. That means learning how endpoint tools and services are used today, then helping the team standardize, automate and modernize them. You’ll contribute across several workstreams: standardizing remote access and browsers, automating patching, moving users from personal devices to managed devices, and automating processes with UiPath. Day to day, you’ll gather and analyze data, document current and future-state processes, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities shift. This is a generalist role for someone curious, collaborative and quick to learn, and deep technical expertise isn’t required. It’s a hybrid role in Seattle, with 2–3 days a week in the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze remote access portal usage (users, services, apps, servers, networks) and help define a path to standardized remote access.
• Support browser standardization – inventory usage, assess user/app dependencies, plan retirement of non-standard browsers.
• Support patch automation – document current patching, identify manual steps, define automation requirements.
• Support BYOD → managed device transition – impact and user-population analysis, readiness tracking, communications.
• Partner with the UiPath automation team to identify, document and prioritize automation candidates.
• Project coordinator for operational work – plans, tasks, risks, dependencies, status updates and meetings.
• Deep-dive data analysis – gather, clean and interpret inventory, ITSM and reporting data to support decisions.
• Document current/future-state processes, business requirements and user stories.
• Create end-user and Helpdesk content (e.g., SharePoint KB articles) to drive adoption.
• Support stakeholder engagement, change management and cross-functional communication.
• Track and report key metrics and progress across workstreams.

ABOUT YOU:

Your values:

    • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
    • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years as a BSA, BA, Project Coordinator, or similar in an IT/technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills; able to spot trends and draw conclusions from data.
• Curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and how people use them.
• Process, requirements and workflow documentation (process maps, Visio, user stories).
• Coordinating tasks, timelines and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; translates between technical and non-technical audiences.
• High energy, collaborative, comfortable with shifting priorities.
• Familiar with Jira, ServiceNow or Zendesk, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.

Preferred Qualifications
• UiPath or comparable RPA / process automation exposure.
• Browser standardization, remote access standardization, patch automation, or BYOD/managed-device programs.
• Awareness of endpoint management and security concepts (Intune, Defender, Secure Score).
• Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools.
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000.
  • We offer Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401K with matching, and PTO for salaried employees.
  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.

LOCATION:

This role is hybrid with onsite requirements at our client's location in Seattle, WA.  Therefore, we are currently only considering candidates that are already living in the Seattle area.

HOW TO APPLY:

Please fill out the form below (including uploading your most recent resume) and we'll be in touch! We know imposter syndrome can be a barrier to many great applicants. We hope you'll still consider applying. That's why we've made the application process as short and simple as possible.

Even if you're not a fit for the role, you can expect to hear back from us! We want you to have the best experience as a candidate, so please feel free to share feedback at any stage of the process to [email protected].

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
