Partners with Claims, Finance, Actuarial, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to support portfolio reviews, resolve reporting gaps, improve processes, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

- 2–6+ years of relevant experience in insurance, claims analytics, or financial/data analysis
- Experience working with large data sets, including reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills, including experience with data modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel Skills (e.g., Pivot Tables and Lookup Formulas) proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL ,SAP, or similar analytics platforms) and PowerPoint skills strongly desired
- Solid understanding of insurance and/or reinsurance business models, with exposure to claims operations preferred
- Strong business writing and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the Claims, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High level of motivation and creativity to identify and develop new strategies and approaches to problems, creating efficiencies in existing and new processes
- Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
- Limited travel may be required.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze claims data across managed portfolios to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of loss performance
- Support claims forecasting activities, including projections of loss development, reserves, and financial outcomes
- Prepare and maintain regular management reporting on claims performance, key metrics, and emerging trends
- Partner with Claims, Finance, Actuary, IT, and Operations teams to validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
- Monitor and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data models to improve visibility into claims performance
- Support the identification and remediation of unreconciled data, reporting, and systems-related gaps impacting claims analytics and forecasting capabilities
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving consistency and standardization across claims processes, including controls, KPIs, and governance practices
- Provide analytical support for portfolio reviews, including evaluation of resource needs, alignment with forecasted claims outcomes, and overview of portfolio performance
- Assist in tracking and prioritizing operational and reporting improvements to enhance readiness, scalability, and overall claims performance
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and Group Claims policies
- Work with external stakeholders to fulfill any claims related requests, including loss runs, data calls and other time-sensitive matters
- Support ad hoc analysis requests related to claims performance, portfolio trends, and emerging risks
