The Contracting Officer partners closely with the Head of Government and Growth, Government stakeholders, and Program Leadership to prepare compliant, compelling responses to government solicitations and to guide programs through execution as the company's subject-matter expert on federal acquisition regulations, OTAs, terms and conditions, and contract strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the contracting POC for all government and commercial contract actions.
Own the lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and MOUs.
Ensure all programs are structured, documented, and negotiated for successful execution.
Support Growth and Government teams in preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, OTA submissions, and other solicitation materials.
Advise Program Leadership on regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, risk posture, and execution requirements.

Qualifications
Prior government contracting warrant or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).

Deep knowledge of FAR-based contracts, DFARS, and federal acquisition processes.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for technical and program teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
