  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for your workstream, translating business needs into scalable, best-practice solution designs
  • Redesign business processes within your workstream by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that improve spend visibility, compliance, and operational performance
  • Perform hands-on configuration and manage integration touchpoints, testing cycles, and supplier enablement activities for your workstream, ensuring quality and consistency across your deliverables
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within your workstream, building strong working relationships and escalating risks and issues to the Functional Lead or project manager as appropriate

Drive Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform data analysis, import/export formatting, and test script development to support client deliverables and system integrity
  • Identify reusable design patterns and proactively recommend configurations or process changes; contribute to internal templates and knowledge resources
  • Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, configurations, and project deliverables in line with CrossCountry standards

Embrace AI & Emerging Tools

  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience, with hands-on functional experience implementing one or more Coupa modules (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Management)
  • Background in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance and/or Accounting
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to one or more full-lifecycle Coupa implementations end-to-end

  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
