  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team of security engineers, including coaching, career development, and succession planning.
  • Foster strong partnerships across security and technology organizations to drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure security technologies and controls support regulatory, compliance, governance, and audit obligations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale security engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management, posture management, and security control automation.
  • Hands-on understanding of security engineering principles and the ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and implementation approaches.
  • Experience with cloud, on-premises, and SaaS security configuration and enforcement technologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern security risks including cloud, identity, data, and AI security.
  • Experience implementing preventive and detective security controls and automation capabilities.
  • Background in DevOps, infrastructure automation, process improvement, security consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated, audit-driven environments.
