About Us:

Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.

Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.

Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

As an Enterprise Account Director focused on the AmLaw 200, our most prestigious segment, you’ll put DeepJudge in front of the most demanding buyers in legal: managing partners, CIOs, and heads of knowledge and innovation at America’s top firms. You’ll show them what it looks like when every lawyer can instantly draw on everything the firm has ever learned. Then you’ll own the deal from first meeting to signature and beyond.

You won’t be pitching an unproven idea. Firms like Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer and Cozen O’Connor already rely on DeepJudge, and their peers are paying attention. Your job is to turn that momentum into the market standard across the AmLaw 200.

⚖️What you'll be doing:

  • Build your own pipeline. Find the AmLaw 200 firms that are ready to move, work out who really holds the decision, and turn first conversations into qualified opportunities.

  • Close, and keep closing. Run complex deals from discovery to signature, and beat your monthly, quarterly and annual bookings targets along the way.

  • Turn customers into long-term partners. Get to know your firms well enough to spot the next practice group, office or use case ready for DeepJudge, and make sure every customer is glad they chose us.

  • Run demos people remember. Plan and deliver presentations that make managing partners and CIOs see their own firm’s knowledge differently, and want it in their lawyers’ hands right away.

  • Be the face of DeepJudge in legal. Work the room at conferences, seminars and industry events, meeting prospects and catching up with the customers who already love us.

  • Meet your clients in person. Spend a few days a month on the road, because the biggest legal deals still happen face to face.

  • Shape how we win. Bring market insight back to the team, try out new angles, and help define what sets DeepJudge apart in a crowded AI market.

⚖️What we are looking for:

  • A legal tech seller with real wins. You have 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales and a track record in Legal Tech. You know how law firms buy, who really decides, and why “the partners need to see it first” isn’t a stall.

  • A seasoned navigator of high-stakes deals. Long cycles, many stakeholders and careful buyers don’t slow you down. You know how to keep momentum through committees, security reviews and partner meetings.

  • Someone who consistently beats quota. You’re self-motivated and your numbers show it, year after year.

  • A trusted advisor who negotiates well. You lead with value, sell consultatively, and know how to get to a deal both sides feel good about.

  • A self-starter who does well remotely. You’re US-based (East Coast preferred), comfortable building your own momentum, and happy to be on the road a few days a month.

  • Bonus points if you’ve sold enterprise search or agentic AI. You’ll be speaking our language from day one.

⚖️What you can look forward to:

  • Selling to the top of the market. The AmLaw 200 is our flagship segment. The logos you land will define how the legal industry sees DeepJudge.

  • A product with proof behind it. You’ll sell technology already trusted by leading firms, with references and results that open doors.

  • A front-row seat to AI changing law. You’ll be in the room as the most influential firms in the country decide how AI fits into their practice, and you’ll help shape that answer.
