About Us:

Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.

Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.

Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

⚖️About the role

As an Enterprise Account Director focused on US Mid-Size Law Firms, you’ll help these firms put everything they know to work. When every lawyer can instantly find the right precedent, clause or past matter. You’ll work directly with managing partners, CIOs and innovation leaders, the people who can decide quickly and act on it, and you’ll own each deal from first conversation to signature and beyond.

We’re hiring for multiple openings as we scale.

⚖️What you’ll be doing

  • Build your own pipeline. Find the mid-size firms that are ready to move, figure out who really drives the decision, and turn first conversations into qualified opportunities.

  • Turn customers into long-term partners. Get to know your firms well enough to spot the next practice group, office or use case, and make sure every customer is glad they chose us.

  • Deliver presentations that win the room. Plan and run sales presentations that help firm leaders see their own knowledge differently, then take those deals over the line.

  • Be the face of DeepJudge in your market. Show up at conferences, seminars and industry events to meet prospects and catch up with the customers who already love us.

  • Meet your clients in person. Travel to existing and prospective clients, because trust gets built face to face.

  • Shape how we win. Bring market insight back to the team, try out new angles, and help define what sets DeepJudge apart in a crowded AI market.

⚖️What we’re looking for

  • A seasoned B2B seller. You have about 5 years in B2B sales, ideally selling into legal or other regulated industries where trust, security and precision matter.

  • A builder, not a follower. You don’t need a template to get going. You prioritize well, work independently and get things done, even when the path isn’t mapped out yet.

  • Someone who thrives on pace. Fast-growing, constantly changing environments energize you rather than wear you out.

  • An honest seller. You only promise what we can deliver, and you work closely with our product and customer teams to make sure we follow through.

  • A self-starter who does well remotely. You’re US-based (East Coast preferred) and comfortable building your own momentum without an office around you.

  • Bonus points if you’ve sold enterprise search or agentic AI. You’ll be speaking our language from day one.

⚖️What you can look forward to

  • Writing the playbook. You’ll be one of the people defining how DeepJudge wins the mid-size market, and your ideas will turn into how the whole team sells.

  • Deals that move. Mid-size firms make decisions with fewer layers, so you’ll see the impact of your work quickly.

  • A product with proof behind it. You’ll sell technology already trusted by some of the world’s leading law firms, with references and results that open doors.

  • Working beside the people who built it. Our founders are ex-Google search engineers with AI PhDs from ETH Zurich, so when a firm asks a tough technical question, you’ll have world-class answers on hand.

Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
