Job Description

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in our SODO office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Logic20/20 is seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a collaborative and fast-paced consulting environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of administrative experience who is eager to grow, take initiative, and contribute to a dynamic, high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and proactively coordinate meetings 
  • Book travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expense reports
  • Draft and format documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Support meeting logistics, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative operations and team coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, client-facing environment (consulting or similar a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

  • Experience supporting consultants, project teams, or senior leaders
  • Interest in growing your career in operations, project coordination, or professional services

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target hourly range of $28 - $30/hour for this role. The final offer is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
