About us:

SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact confidently with one another.

By building the future of identity verification in the United States and reinventing the currently clunky, ineffective, and expensive process, we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better.

We’ve had tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Already our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, beginning with financial services. In 2021, we raised a $70M Series B round, led by Craft Ventures to rapidly scale our best in class products. We’ve earned coverage and awards from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list consecutively since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even been a part of history -- we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives.

Role:

SentiLink is looking for a proactive builder to design and execute our outreach strategy from the ground up. This is a unique chance to create and own a new function while getting hands-on with the tools and processes that will set you up for success. We need someone who’s not only technically savvy enough to dive into the details, but also motivated to drive real business growth. You’ll blend hands-on business development with a strong operational mindset, ensuring our outreach, pipeline management, and growth strategies are both high-impact and efficient. You’ll be part of the Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales to identify and engage potential buyers, and build the technical infrastructure that powers outreach efforts.

This is a remote, U.S. based role.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and run the process for generating qualified opportunities from the ground up.

  • Own the setup and administration of automations, sequences, and workflows that facilitate a smooth prospect journey.

  • Identify opportunities by uncovering new segments and strategies to generate prospects.

  • Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Teams to ensure quality of new pipeline.

  • Develop and enforce best practices for lead segmentation, routing, and scoring.

  • Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in an SDR, BDR, or Sales function.

  • Experience setting up and maintaining prospecting platforms, like Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable building out structures from scratch.

  • Skilled at analyzing data to drive iterative improvements.

  • Ability to own goals, break them down into actionable plans, and execute independently.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Salary Range:
  • $80,000/year - $130,000/year + equity + benefits

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes

  • Do Something Smart

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
