Staff Product Manager, Growth - Seattle, WA (hybrid) - paid relocation available

The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the RentSpree experience — fueling our next stage of scale. We’re data-driven, insight-obsessed, and committed to exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals while strengthening trust with agents and landlords. Our work blends experimentation, speed, and adaptability to accelerate RentSpree’s mission of building trust in every rental.

As our Staff Product Manager, Growth, you are a core architect of that engine—laser-focused on signups, conversion, and product adoption for both agents and landlords. You will own rentspree.com as a growth surface, shaping funnels, improving conversion paths, and leading CRO across key pages and signup flows. You’ll also drive in-product adoption and retention, partnering with product, design, and engineering to build experiences that move users from “I’m interested” to “I rely on RentSpree.”

You will build a test-and-learn roadmap across the website, onboarding, in-product education, engagement, and cross-sell/upsell. You self-serve with data, craft sharp hypotheses, and ship improvements that measurably move adoption and retention. And you bring a modern growth toolkit: AI-powered experiments, personalization, and agentic workflows that help you iterate faster and scale impact.

You’ll partner closely with our SVP of Growth & Marketing, product leadership, and cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, and sales.

Hybrid in Seattle, WA — three in-office collaboration days weekly plus occasional travel for offsites and events.

What You'll Do
  • Own rentspree.com as a growth surface — site strategy, funnels, conversion paths (visit → signup), and the full web experimentation backlog across homepage, product pages, pricing, and signup flows.
  • Drive product adoption across our agent and landlord product suite in partnership with the core product and engineering teams — improving activation, repeated usage, and long-term retention.
  • Continuously optimize key journeys (onboarding, first screening, landlord setup, landlord product adoption, repeat usage, cross-sell/upsell).
  • Define and drive a growth product roadmap focused on activation, engagement, and retention with clear hypotheses, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Design and run website + product experiments - A/B, multivariate, feature flags, etc.
  • Partner with design & research to translate user insights into UX improvements and guided in-product experiences.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure site and product flows reinforce lifecycle and paid acquisition strategies.
  • Leverage AI and agentic workflows for personalization, dynamic UX variations, faster analysis, and scalable experimentation.
  • Self-serve analytics to size opportunities, analyze funnels, and uncover new growth levers.
  • Partner with core product and engineering to ship fast, high-impact iterations while balancing long-term system health.
  • Connect your work to business outcomes, driving measurable improvements in not just conversion, but overall revenue.

Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. In addition to the description above, your role may include additional tasks, projects and team support as needed.

Skills You Bring
  • 8–12 years in product management with significant experience in growth, activation, or CRO roles.
  • Clear track record moving adoption and conversion metrics through experiments and shipped UX improvements.
  • Experience owning website CRO on high-intent surfaces (homepage, pricing, product pages, signup flows).
  • Ability to self-serve analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4, Looker/Tableau) and turn data into action.
  • Strong grasp of growth fundamentals — activation, retention, cohort analysis, funnel design, LTV.
  • Comfort partnering with design, research, engineering, and data to ship fast, iterative improvements.
  • Hands-on experience using AI for growth workflows, personalization, experiments, or UX variations.
  • Excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and drive clarity around priorities.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
